CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CUSTOMER WITH DIRECT RESERVATION WITH ISLA CANELA TOURS AND SERVICES, S.L. (WEB, PHONE, EMAIL OR OTHERS)

Reservations can only be canceled for major reasons and always providing proof.

For a cause to be force majeure, it requires that the event have the connotations of unforeseeable and inevitable. Inevitable means that there is no possibility of preventing it from happening or having effects. Unpredictable determines the impossibility of foreseeing that situation.

Reference is also made to its extraordinary nature, that is, the person's will does not intervene to cause this situation to arise.

According to Article 1105 of the Spanish Civil Code, Outside of the cases expressly mentioned in the law, and those in which the obligation so declares, no one will be responsible for those events that could not have been foreseen, or that, once foreseen, were inevitable.

 

GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS WITH GRUPO ISLA CANELA TOURS AND SERVICES, S.L.

In case of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:

Any reservation that is intended to be canceled must be transmitted by email to reserva@homaholidays.es with the following information:

       - Locator/reservation number

       - Name

       - Reason for cancellation.

       - Attach proof that it is force majeure.

 

SPECIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS WITH GRUPO ISLA CANELA TOURS AND SERVICES, S.L.

-FROM 01/01-30/06 and 09/01-31/12:

           - Cancellation more than 15 days: If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the arrival date, 100% of the rental prepayment is returned.

           - Cancellation less than 15 days: If cancellation occurs 14 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the rental prepayment amount will be penalized.

 

-FROM 01-07 to 08/31:

         - Cancellation more than 30 days: If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the rental prepayment is returned.

         - Cancellation less than 30 days: If cancellation occurs 29 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the rental prepayment amount will be penalized.

 


 

- CUSTOMER DOES NOT SHOW:

In case of no show (NO SHOW), the tourist will lose 100% of the rental amount.

 

DISMISSAL OF SERVICES:

There will be NO PAYMENTS if the client voluntarily withdraws from the services before the end of their stay.

 

 

MODIFICATIONS TO THE CONTRACT BY ISLA CANELA TOURS AND SERVICES, S.L.

In the event that, for unforeseen reasons not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company will make another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics available to the client without refund by any of the parties.
